Ironmaking and Power Plant Operation Superintendent
Roles & Responsibility

* Manage all rotary kiln and power plant operation staffs
* Responsible for rotary kiln and power plant operation and production planning
* Coordinate with maintenance superintendent
* Responsible and report to Plant Manager

Requirements:

* S1 in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 7 years of operational experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
* Fast learner, flexible and team work oriented
* Having strong leadership, decisive and able to work under pressure
* Excellence written and verbal communication skills
* English mastery is a must

Ironmaking and Power Plant Shift Engineers
Roles & Responsibility

* Manage all rotary kiln and power plant staffs
* Responsible for rotary kiln and power plant operation during shift hours
* Responsible for all trouble and decision made during shift hours
* Coordinate with operation superintendent
* Responsible and report to Plant Manager

Requirements:

* S1 in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of operational experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant or power plant
* Fast learner, flexible and team work oriented
* Have strong leadership, decisive, and able to work under pressure
* Able to take appropriate plant troubleshooting action
* Excellence written and verbal communication skills
* English mastery is a must

Rotary Kiln and Product Separation Shift Supervisors
Roles & Responsibility:

* Coordinate and control rotary kiln operation and product separation plant
* Coordinate operator activities on the coverage area during the shift hours
* Coordinate with Shift Engineer and other supervisors area during the shift hours
* Responsible and report to ironmaking and Power Plant Superintendent

Requirements:

* S1 in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of operational experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
* Fast learner, flexible, and team work oriented
* Able to make appropriate action when plant trouble arises
* Excellence written and verbal communication skills
* English mastery is a must

Job Basis
All the above positions are based in Batulicin, South Kalimantan

All positions will be equipped with a series of domestic and overseas training prior to commissioning and operation of the plants
