ASSET ADMINISTRATION SUPERINTENDENT (JAKARTA BASED)
Responsibilities :

* To source, develop and analyse options for the procurement of assets to support existing and new projects.
* Manage disposal of Company plant assets to ensure maximum value to the business.
* Carry out periodical analysis and reviews of plant rates.
* Manage plant consist for all equipment types and models to ensure alignment with Company and projects standards.

Requirements :

* Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or extensive experience in maintenance management including systems and fleet management.
* Min 5 years experience in the same role.
* Having experience in maintenance systems, equipment cost and life cycle management, contract development and management, and system development.
* Good communication skill in English (written and verbal).
* Good coordination and leadership skills.

INVENTORY CONTROLLER (BALIKPAPAN BASED)
Requirements :
To support Company Asset Management Group through the effective management of Maximo item master database by ensuring all items relevant to Company operations are catalogued with accurate and up to date data and Inventory management by ensuring process, systems and reporting supports all LCI projects.

Requirements :

* Degree in Commerce or related field.
* Min 5 years experience in Inventory Control, Cataloguing and Warehouse Management, preferably in mining / construction industry.
* Good communication skill in English (written and verbal).
* Attention to detail, good planning and organizing skills.
