Enterprise Architech (Code:EA)
Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, majoring in Computer Science or System Analysis or Information Technology is preferred
* Extensive experience within the Financial Services industry
* Experience in communicating with senior business leaders
* Solid IT background, 10+ years of IT Architecture experience
* Solid background and relevant practical experience in Enterprise Architecture at large organizations
* Excellent analytical and technical skills.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
* Ability to develop / understand the long-term (”big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations.
* Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English

Solution Delivery Head (Code: SDH)
Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology is preferred
* Formal IT project management experience, training and/or qualifications
* Minimum experience in 4-5 years in IT Department
* Experience working in technology enabled change programs and projects
* Recognised certification in project management methodology
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
* Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
* Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English
