Application Developer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for contribute the development of new systems solutions including system analysis, design, programming, technical documentation throughout the implementation of business process and IT solutions
Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor Degree majoring Computer Science or Information TechnologyPreferable having Professional qualifications (AAAIJ/AAIJ/FLMI/MSDN)
* At least 1 years of relevant experience intern of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), ASP.NET, OracleDB, MS SQL or Java
* Understanding of Insurance process and software development
* Good working knowledge of risk and controls

Product Specialist
Responsibilities:
Supporting head of product development in conducting the product development process. Create and review product development, discuss with IT to review and finalize the system requirement for the new product, support distribution (sales) team related to product documents and handling objections or questions related to competitor
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
* Minimum 2 years experience in life insurance, especially in product spec, provision and market product
* Expert in excel and power point
* Good communication skill, independent and eager to learn
Agency Support
Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle AAJI license registration and daily agency operation administration
Requirements:
* Male or female
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
* Experience in agency operation, agency system & AAJI rules at least 3 years.
* High accuracy, good communication skills and detail.
Agency Support Manager
Responsibilities:
Support all agency administration & marketing functions. Admin of agents and manager agency contracts, contest tracking report, manage all sales offices & assist GA administration, field force communication, involved in product developments & launch.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
* Minimum 5 years experience in agency administration/support and agancy remuneration.
* Have knowledge of product development will be an advantage
* Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and structure of compensation
