In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill in the following position :

Payroll Officer
Requirements:

* S1 Degree in any Field (Accounting / Management / Technique/IT preferred)
* Min of 2-3 years in the similar job & responsibility
* Good knowledge of Indonesia tax and have ability in tax calculation & report
* Strong analytical & accuracy
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Committed to work within the Company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics.

Key Accountabilities:

* Prepare and process salary payment (Local employees & Expatraite)
* Preparing and processing the payment of monthly income tax, Jamsostek and DPLK including claims proceedings.
* Support, implement, advice and control the compensation and benefits practices to ensure consistent application of C&B policies
* Working together with the Finance and Accounting Department to process the monthly and annual closing for accounting purposes
