Pipeline Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Prepare calculations, prepare reports and specifications for onshore and offshore pipeline and subsea and hydrocarbons projects as directed by the Supervisor/Line Manager
* Participate in project construction review and engineering assignments.
* Conceptual and detailed engineering Materials Technology and specifications
* MTO, Cost estimate and project management
* Up to date knowledge and experience with the offshore oil and gas industry with about 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Liaise with other discipline designers and engineers
* Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to
* O&G standard
* Safety - Understand and follow Safety procedures and responsible for personal safety safe working practices
* Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision
* Ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to work as part of team
* Fluently in English communication
* Well developed report writing skills in English also advanced computer software literate such as CAD
* Have valid Passport
* Valid Driving Licenses in Indonesia
* BOSIET certified for offshore (not mandatory)
Requirements:
* Male, age 28 - 35 years old
* Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Civil
* 5-7 years experience in the Petroleum Industry
* On-the-job experience of integrated prospect evaluation and resource assessment with modern Technology
* Fluent in English Language is a Must
* Computer Literate
Sr. Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Account Manager acts as a contact between the client and his/her company. They identify and understand the client’s needs and provide solutions. They evaluate and adapt new strategies to keep up with current business trends. Key account managers may work with a field team or through internal associates to collaborate in the research of current market trends and foreseeing how these may affect their accounts
Duties & Responsibilities of the position required :
* Generating and maintaining a credible forecast for all assigned accounts & territories and provide this information in a monthly report to the Vice President of Sales.
* Understand the assigned accounts (“Account”), develop and implement a Pursuit Plan for each Account to secure and generate the maximum sales value. The Pursuit Plan should contain at minimum the following:
- Brief of the Account
- Opportunities within the Account
- Sales Strategy for each opportunity with Scope of the Opportunity, Budget, Competition, Coaches (internal and external), Strengths & Weakness and other requirements needed to pursuit the project
* Provide input to HQ on local market intelligence, competitor profile and bid strategy during the bid reparation
* Monitor and Assist in the Implementation Stage to ensure the smooth implementation within the contractual boundaries, prevent potential issues from developing in to real problems, and insure that invoices are being paid within the contractual limits
* Monitor and Assist in the Close-Out Phase to ensure that all technical and commercial matters are closed to the satisfaction of both the customer and company
* Develop new Accounts, territories, and product lines under the instruction of the VP for Sales & Marketing and guidance of the designated Business Development Manager
* Continuously develop knowledge in all relevant products and services related to Accounts and attend all formal and non-formal training in both hard and soft skills to achieve the highest level of performance
* Obtain market intelligence and develop client contacts for each Account
* Provide the necessary support to the designated Business Development Manager of the company’s IES
* Responsible for the review of Financial Analysis and invoicing for work done or products sold for each Account
* Responsible for the collection of overdue payment as requested by the Accounts Department for assigned Accounts
Requirements:
* Male, age 38 - 45 years old
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or Marketing (or any business related course)
* 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or sales positions, while some prefer those with account management experience or a master’s degree
* Must be inventive and resourceful, have strong marketing skills and have a good technical background with regard to previous and current trends
* He must also target-oriented, a team player, schematic, enthusiastic, and ambitious; a good problem-solver and team leader
* Computer literate; an effective communicator
* Well organized and capable of drawing relevant insights to meet the client’s expectations, and possess a wide personal network to help in finding new leads and signing potential clients
